3. Chez Lena et Mimile – Well-known for its comfortable ambience and friendly staff, this great restaurant serves traditional French delicacies such as grilled fish and roasted rabbit. It is located a short distance from the Rue Mouffetard and its student bars. Tourists will enjoy listening to the medieval fountain nearby while having dinner on its summer terraces.

4. Chez Maitre Paul – This French restaurant offers a menu of roast chicken, terrines, several varieties of hard cheese, sausages, foie gras and traditional French wines. 5. Jacques Cagna -One of the most popular traditional French restaurants in Paris, the Jacques Cagna serves some of the most exquisite French delicacies such as veal in lime and ginger with buttery potato and ground tomato. The ambience is exemplary and the service is excellent.

Tourists must remember that French traditional restaurants often draw a crowd, especially at weekends, owing to which they must reserve a table well in advance.
